Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel, including undergarments and swimwear, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include your RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive an email notification when this occurs.
- Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
- Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will ship your new item once the return is processed. Shipping times follow our standard delivery estimates
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
