Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Basic tracking included

Note: We currently do not ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia. Please check during checkout if your location is serviceable.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Arabian-inspired fashion pieces as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Intimate apparel (undergarments)
  • Swimwear

Exceptions are made only if these items arrive damaged or defective.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

    • Your order number
    • Details about the product(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • For exchanges: specify preferred replacement item details
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective item). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange. You’ll receive email confirmation when this occurs.

  • Refund Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
  • Exchanges: Your replacement item will ship once we process the return, with delivery times following our standard shipping estimates

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
