We make every effort to display our Arabian-inspired clothing as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect colors or details. All measurements are approximate.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Intimate apparel (undergarments)
• Swimwear

Exceptions are made only if these items arrive damaged or defective.

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Carrier: DHL or FedEx. Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment. Includes tracking and insurance.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50. Carrier: EMS. Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment. Basic tracking included.

4.2 Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia. Please check during checkout if your location is serviceable.

4.3 Delivery Issues

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We want you to love your Arabian-inspired fashion pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

5.2 Return Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Include your order number, product details, reason for return, and for exchanges, specify replacement details
3. Wait for approval and RMA number
4. Package the item securely with RMA number visible

5.4 Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Exchanges will ship once we process the return.

5.5 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

All content on our website, including designs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Minique Fashion Store and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

Our Arabian-inspired clothing designs are original creations. Purchasing our products does not grant you rights to reproduce or commercially use our designs.
